Owingsville Banking Company Response to COVID-19

Dear Friends and Neighbors:

At Owingsville Banking Company we take the health and wellbeing of our employees, and you our customers, very seriously. We have been notified by state health officials that two of our employees have tested positive for Covid-19. The CDC defines exposure to Covid-19 as being within 6 feet of an infected person for more than 15 minutes*. Because of the precautions we implemented in March, no customer meets that definition of exposure. And based on the state’s contact tracing investigation, no other employees at OBC are required to quarantine at this time.

Out of an abundance of caution, and to further protect the health of our employees and customers, we will be implementing a modified schedule beginning 10/15/20. We believe that limiting our locations to drive-thru and appointment only is the right thing to do.

Starting 10/15/20 access to our locations will be limited to drive thru, and open by appointment only. However, all drive-thrus will be open Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Our goal is to resume normal lobby hours as soon as possible.

Remember, we have ATM’s, online, and mobile banking available 24-7. You can reach us by phone Monday - Friday 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM at 606-674-6317 to help you with your banking needs.
